What is your refund policy?

We accept exchanges on defective products within 14 days of delivery, we will cover the shipping cost. For returns only, you are responsible for any shipping costs. Email us at: returns@klick9.com to start your return.

When will I get my item?

We process shipments every 2 days on our end. Depending on the shipping you’ve selected and your location, shipments are usually delivered within 4-12 days.

Where is the strap made?

Our buckles are molded in Vancouver. We use imported webbing from China because we couldn’t find any manufacturer locally that could have an anti-slip coating. Everything is sewn in Vancouver, Canada. We test every strap and they’re packaged and shipped from Vancouver, BC.
